We've changed!
The Director of Building and Zoning has been made the Community Development Director - and the Building Department is now the Community Development Department. The purpose of this change is to add the function of economic development to the Department's responsibilities. This will allow the Village to streamline the process for new businesses by providing "one stop shopping" as they work their way through the various permitting process.

Patrick Benjamin, formally Director of Building & Zoning is now the Community Development Director.

Building Permits:
Building permits are issued by the Village Building Department, located on the first floor of the Village hall at 53 South La Grange Road.

Inspections:
To arrange for a building inspection for new construction, new occupancies, or other building related matters call 579-2320.
