The Village has recently learned that the Judge Cohen, who is hearing the case filed by Hanson Aggregates Midwest, Inc. against the Village, has continued the case until May 3, 2023. The case involves the destruction of a sewer conveyance by the operators of the quarry and the easement rights of the Village that are associated with it. The hearing was previously scheduled for March 9th.
